Learn AI that survives Monday morning.
Everyone's "using AI". Most are using ChatGPT like a search engine from 2009 — and every experiment dies the moment the real job starts. AI Made Simple fixes that, one habit at a time. It starts with a number.
How it works
Diagnose first. Learn second.
Get your number
Twelve blunt questions across four skill pillars. Three minutes. One verdict: would your AI habits survive Monday morning?
Find the failure point
Your pillar breakdown shows exactly where habits collapse — prompting, workflow, tools, or staying power. No generic advice.
One habit a week
You get a tailored fix for your weakest pillar, then one practical improvement a week. Small, boring, and it compounds.
The curriculum
Four pillars. All scored, all teachable.
Prompting
From one-line searches to reusable templates that get it right first time. The difference between asking AI and briefing it.
Workflow Integration
Moving AI out of a lonely browser tab and into the work you already do — until some of it runs without you.
Tool Selection
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot — a small, deliberate stack instead of whatever's nearest. Tested on real tasks, not headlines.
Sustained Habits
The pillar everyone fails. Making it stick past the novelty week — because the skill should be yours, not the tool's.
The offer
Four rungs. No lock-in.
AI Survival Score
Three minutes, twelve questions, an honest verdict. Start here — everything else is built on your result.
30-minute taster session
We walk through your score together and pick the single fix with the biggest payoff for your work. No pitch, no slides.
90-minute working session
Half price when booked on your taster (usually £60). We build the fix together on your actual work — you leave with it running.
Ongoing 60-minute sessions
Keep climbing, as and when it's useful. Personal or work efficiencies, one improvement per session, no contract.
Doing this for a team?
Group sessions run at £35 per seat, per hour — same material, on your team's real work. On site can be catered for, and if you don't have a room I can arrange a venue for an additional cost. Book a free session to scope it, or email [email protected] directly.
Most people score under 60.
The ones who think they'd score highest are usually the most surprised. Three minutes to find out which you are.
Take the assessmentWho's behind this
AI Made Simple is written by Kevin Clubb — a business analyst with twenty years of delivery behind him, who uses these tools on real work every day. No course-seller theatrics, no "10x your life" promises. Just what actually survives contact with a Monday, tested before it's taught.
Fair questions
Asked before booking.
Am I too much of a beginner? Or past this?
The score sorts that out — the programme starts from your weakest pillar, whether you've never opened ChatGPT or you're automating half your week. High scorers get workflow and automation work, not the basics again.
Which AI tools does this cover?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot — whatever you already have, including the free tiers. This teaches habits that transfer between tools, so nothing dies when your employer swaps one for another.
Is the free taster a sales pitch?
No. Thirty minutes on your score, one agreed fix, and how to start it yourself that day. If the working session would help, I'll say so once and leave it with you.
What if a session doesn't deliver?
Every working session ends with something built and running on your own work. If it doesn't, say so — you won't be charged for another session until it does. Cancellation and refund terms are in the terms.
Can my employer pay?
Yes — sessions can be invoiced to a business. For whole teams, group sessions run at £35 per seat, per hour, on site if you like. Book a free session to talk it through, or email [email protected].
