AI Made Simple · Terms
The plain-English terms.
Last updated · 18 July 2026
These terms cover the AI Made Simple sessions: the free taster, the £30 working session, and ongoing £40-per-hour sessions. Written to be read, not skimmed and regretted.
Who you're dealing with
AI Made Simple sessions are provided by Kevin Clubb, trading as AI Sustained (ai-sustained.com), United Kingdom. Questions about anything on this page: [email protected].
What you're buying
- Taster session (free, 30 minutes). A walkthrough of your AI Survival Score and one agreed fix. No charge, no obligation.
- Working session (90 minutes, £30 when booked on your taster, £60 otherwise). We build the agreed fix together on your own work, over a video call with screens shared.
- Ongoing sessions (60 minutes, £40 per session). Booked one at a time, as and when useful. No contract, no minimum.
All sessions are delivered remotely by video call. Prices are in GBP and, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking, no VAT is added.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked through the scheduling link on this site. Paid sessions are payable in advance or on the day of the session, by the payment method confirmed at booking. A paid session isn't confirmed until payment is made or agreed in writing.
Rescheduling and cancellation
- You can reschedule any session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancel a paid session with at least 24 hours' notice and you'll get a full refund, or the payment moved to a new date — your choice.
- Miss a session or cancel inside 24 hours and I may treat the payment as used. I'm human about genuine emergencies; just tell me.
- If I have to cancel or reschedule, you get a full refund or a new date, plus first pick of my next available slots.
Your right to cancel (the legal bit)
Because you're buying a service at a distance, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you pay, during which you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Email [email protected] to cancel.
If your session takes place within those 14 days, you're asking for the service to start during the cooling-off period. By attending, you agree that once the session has been fully delivered, the right to cancel that session no longer applies. If you cancel after paying but before the session, you get a full refund as above.
What's promised, and what isn't
You get my full attention, preparation based on your score, and a session that ends with something built and working on your own tasks. What I can't promise is a particular business result: how much any habit or workflow pays off depends on your work, your tools and whether you keep at it. Anything that sounds like a guaranteed outcome isn't one.
Sessions are practical coaching, not professional advice. Nothing in a session is legal, financial or regulatory advice, and decisions you take off the back of it remain yours.
Your work and your data
- Anything you show me in a session — files, screens, business context — stays confidential. I don't reuse it, share it or write about it without your written OK.
- Anything we build together in your accounts (prompt templates, workflows, automations) is yours.
- My underlying methods, materials and the AI Made Simple programme content remain mine.
- It's your responsibility to make sure anything you paste into an AI tool during a session is something you're allowed to share with that tool — especially employer or client data.
- Personal data (your name, email, score, booking details) is handled as described in the privacy note.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability where the law says it can't be limited. Beyond that, my total liability in connection with any session is capped at the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for losses arising from how you apply what we cover, or from third-party AI tools and their output.
The boring but necessary
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts.
- If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- I may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you book is the one that applies.
