AI Made Simple · The Programme
Four rungs. One measurable climb.
Not a course. Not a webinar. A short, practical ladder from wherever you are now to AI habits that survive contact with a real Monday. Every rung ends with something working, and a number that proves it.
Why bother, and why now
The gap is compounding. Quietly.
AI is no longer a tech story. It is being wired into how work gets done, worldwide, in every sector from retail to law to catering. The tools are improving on a monthly cadence, and the people using them well are simply getting more done in the same hours.
Here is the uncomfortable bit. In The AI Competency Pyramid I mapped where 20.6 million UK workers actually sit: roughly 95% are at the bottom levels, and the single jump that costs nothing is one that 97% still have not made. The gap between "typed a question into ChatGPT once" and "AI is built into my week" is not talent. It is habits, and habits are teachable.
Courses do not close that gap, which is why most people have three unfinished ones. What closes it is working on your actual work with someone who does this every day, then measuring whether it stuck. That is the whole programme: small time, small money, real tasks, and a score that goes up or does not. Whether your daily driver is ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, the habits are the same.
No jargon, no hype, no twelve-module commitment. British scepticism welcome.

The AI Survival Score
Your baseline. Twelve blunt questions across four pillars, one verdict: would your AI habits survive Monday morning?
What it covers
- Pillar 1Prompting. How you actually ask, and whether the answer is any good first time.
- Pillar 2Workflow integration. Whether AI lives in your week or in a lonely browser tab.
- Pillar 3Tool selection. Deliberate stack, or whatever was nearest.
- Pillar 4Sustained habits. The one everyone fails. Does anything survive past the novelty week?
The taster session
A no-pitch half hour. We turn your score into one concrete fix worth doing first. Cameras optional, nothing to prepare.
Strawman agenda
- 00–05Your context. What you do, what eats your time, what you have already tried.
- 05–20Score walkthrough. Where your pillars sit, why the weakest one is weak, and what that costs you in a normal week.
- 20–28Pick the fix. The one change with the biggest payoff for your actual work, agreed together.
- 28–30Next steps. How to start it today, and what the working session would build if you want help.
The working session
Half price when you book it on your taster session. We build the fix together, on your real work, until it runs. Not a demo on my files. Yours.
Strawman agenda
- 00–10Goal and setup. The task we are fixing, the tools you already have, success defined.
- 10–70Build. Prompt templates, a repeatable workflow, or a simple automation, made on your live task while you drive.
- 70–85Make it stick. Saving templates, anchoring the habit to something you already do, the Monday-morning plan.
- 85–90Homework and retake. One thing to practise, and a date to retake the score.
Ongoing sessions
For people who want to keep climbing. One-to-one sessions on your personal or work efficiencies: the next workflow, the next pillar, the next thing eating your Tuesday. No contract, no minimum, book one when it is useful.
Strawman agenda
- 00–10Progress review. Your retaken score, what stuck since last time, what did not and why.
- 10–45Build the next improvement. A new automation, a better workflow, a weak pillar worked on directly.
- 45–60Consolidate. Save it, anchor it, agree the next target and whether another session is even needed.
Proof, not promises
Retake the score. Watch the number move.

On site can be catered for, and if you don't have a room I can arrange a venue for an additional cost. The easiest first step is a free session to scope it together — or email [email protected] directly.
Rung one is free and takes three minutes.
